At The Ruby Street not a detail has been missed! Originally built in 1895, The Ruby Street has just undergone a complete restoration and is now available for weddings, parties, and special events. The interior space is over 4,000 square feet and it also has a huge outdoor area and deck.
The rental rates vary depending on the day of the week and number of guests. The site fee includes a 12 hour rental period (11AM-11PM), use of their sound system + projector, indoor/ outdoor furniture, a private bridal suite, office w/wifi, outdoor bar, and stylish custom wood tables+ chairs to seat up to 200 guests!
A wedding coordinator/planner is required to manage the event. You know who to call, wink wink:) Valet is required for parties over 30 and they have an agreement with a lot nearby. And one of the biggest perks is you can bring in vendors of your choosing!
