We will help you find your dream venue, build your all-star vendor team, and manage the overall production of your wedding. We streamline the wedding planning process into 3 manageable phases and we direct and guide you, every step of the way. We will connect you with our network of amazingly talented and trustworthy vendors and wedding artists. We have the tools, advice, resources, and experience that will save you time and money.

We will conceptualize and develop your wedding vision and managing the design process. We will brainstorm key design elements, furniture rentals, floral design, table composition (linens, table numbers, candles, decor placement, centerpieces), and the overall design of your ceremony and reception. We wedding artists who will bring your wedding vision to life.

We will celebrate with you, cheer you on, and guide you through the stressful bits. Developing relationships with our couples is a critical part of our process. We want to build a solid foundation, so you will feel our support and genuine investment in you. Wedding Planning is exciting and fun but can also be emotional and stressful at times. Expectations, budgets, and family dynamics all come into play. We are here to lean on and advise you every step of the way.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT (COORDINATION + DAY-OF EXECUTION)

Our WEDDING MANAGEMENT package is perfect for the couple who's picked a venue, secured key vendors, planned most of the details, but still needs help with final coordination, timeline creation, and day-of execution.

 WEDDING MANAGEMENT BASICS

  • Preferred vendor recommendations as needed
  • Access to my comprehensive wedding planning portal (checklists, guest list management, design studio, budget/payment tracking tools, calendar, etc...)
  • Venue walk-through and logistics meeting 2-3 months prior to your wedding.
  • Final details meeting 1 month prior to your wedding to go over day-of logistics & vendor specifics.
  • Custom Timeline Creation 
  • Rehearsal Management
  • Day-of Coverage managing the Wedding Day

    TRAVEL

    We are based in Los Angeles, but we LOVE to travel! Our weddings often take us on adventures all over Southern California and the central coast. You'll often find us planning and designing weddings in Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, wine country, Santa Cruz, the Sequoias, and beyond. We jump at the chance to conquer a new venue or town, whether it be a boulder cove, a hip motel parking lot, a scenic overlook, a forest, or a private estate!
